Men’s Work

(for those who identify as men)

One of my gifts is to help men connect to their bodies, hearts, souls and intuition through Biodynamic Cranial Touch, Massage, Sacred Anointment, Embodiment practices and Shamanic healing. My work is compassionate and honors the body from an authentic, non-judgmental space without agenda.

I am very passionate about working with men who are truly committed to growth and healing. I have found some men grow up finding it hard to talk openly and honestly about their true feelings. Being tender or vulnerable is sometimes perceived as insecurity or weakness. My work helps men connect deeply inside themselves, focusing their attention on their bodies rather than their minds, so that they begin to feel sensations and emotions within themselves and begin to trust their intuition. By learning how to listen to their bodies, men are then connected to their true source of wisdom and guidance.

I feel that men, like women, carry shame in their bodies around feeling pleasure. Whatever your story, I ask that you allow yourself to feel it all -- the pleasure, the intensity, the pain -- and trust that it is all part of your healing, which will eventually bring you to the ecstatic experience of knowing your Body As Love.
